Active Workflows

Overview

Active Workflows are a great way to manage and audit multiple reports across multiple groups.

Groups

Filter by groups by selecting from the drop-down menu.

Range Type

Relative and absolute time ranges are available. Select the range type to filter active workflows accordingly.

Time Range

Audit active workflows according to recent runs. Users can filter by precise time ranges and selecting from the drop-down menu.

Workflow Name

The workflow name column displays the name of active workflows to easily audit from a list.

Most Recent

The most recent column allows for auditing of the most recently ran workflow.

# of Runs

The # of runs column tracks the number of times a workflow was ran. 

Automation

The automation column indicates if a workflow is scheduled to run or if it is manually ran.
