Workday Adaptive Planning Credentials

To make an Workday Adaptive Planning connection, the following credentials are needed:

Field Name	Required/ Optional	Description
Name	Required	Provide a unique name for this credential
Use Workday Token	Not Applicable	Do not enable toggle.
Is Sandbox	Optional	Enable or Disable the toggle if the Workday Adaptive Instance is a Sandbox.
Login	Required	Workday Adaptive Planning username
Password	Required	Workday Adaptive Planning user password
Instance Code	Optional	Provide the Workday Adaptive Instance Code. This is found in Workday Adaptive Planning profile under Administration > General Setup. Please note that this field will limit collection and sent data to a specific Workday Adaptive Instance.

Name	Required	Provide a unique name for this credential
Use Workday Token	Required	Enable toggle.
Is Sandbox	Optional	Enable or Disable the toggle if the Workday Adaptive Instance is a Sandbox.
Host	Required	Host name available within the Workday Adaptive Planning user profile.
Tenent	Required	Provide the Workday Adaptive Tenent ID. This is found in Workday Adaptive Planning profile under Administration > General Setup.
Refresh Token	Optional	Provide the Workday Adaptive Refresh Token. This is found in Workday Adaptive Planning profile under Administration > General Setup.
Username	Not Applicable	This field will autofill upon connection.
Password	Not Applicable	This field will autofill upon connection.

To ensure that the credential is accurate, click the Test Now button.

The status will update to Valid upon a valid connection.

Status will identify an error if an error occurs.
