Overview
DataBlend currently collects the following Oracle Fusion Financials data types:
- Academic Form Library Items
- Cash Bank Accounts
- Contracts
- Expense Report
- Items
- Ledgers
The Oracle Fusion Financials collector supports three Object Types, each with its own set of configuration fields:
Configuration

| Name | Required | Descriptive free-text name for the collector. |
| Data Source | Required | Choose a pre-configured data source from the drop-down, or click Create New to create a new data source. |
| Schema Name | Required | Enter a name for the schema where the collected data will be stored. This can be a pre-configured schema or a new schema, which will be created the first time the collector is run. |
| Credential | Required | Choose a pre-configured Oracle Fusion credential from the drop-down. |
| Object Type | Required | Select the type of data to collect: Data, Ledger Balances, or Reports. The fields displayed below will update based on your selection. |
Object Type: Data

| Path | Required | Select the desired path from the pre-populated drop-down. The path identifies the REST API resource to be collected. |
| dependency | Optional | Sets a constant and defines a relationship between attributes. |
| expand | Optional | Returns an expanded version of a specific subresource. |
| fields | Optional | Returns the specified, comma-separated list of fields. |
| finder | Optional |
Returns specific data based on the value supplied in the parameter field. Example: |

By default, all resource children URLs are returned. Use this field to override that behavior. Example: |
| orderBy | Optional | Returns data in a specific order. |
| q | Optional |
Refines the results. The query parameter may contain one or more expressions separated by a semicolon. Example: |

| Ledger Accounts | Required | Select the ledger account(s) to collect balances from. |
| Mode | Required | Select the balance mode from the drop-down (e.g. Summary or Detail). |
| Accounting Period | Required | Select the accounting period to collect balances for using the date picker. |
| Currency | Required | Enter the currency code for the balances to collect (e.g. USD). |
| Account Combinations | Required | Specify the account combination(s) to filter the balance collection. |

| Absolute File Path | Optional | The full path to the report in Oracle Fusion, including the report name and file extension (e.g. /Custom/DataBlend/Reports/DataBlend Report GLTD.xdo) . Retrieve this from the report Properties in Oracle Fusion BI Publisher. See the steps below for how to locate it. |
| File Type | Required | The output format of the report. The report's default output type must be configured in Oracle Fusion — set it to.csv for most integrations. |
| Delimiter | Required | The character used to separate fields in the report output. Must match the delimiter configured in the Oracle Fusion report. |
| Skip Rows | Optional | The number of header or metadata rows at the top of the report output to skip before DataBlend begins reading data. |
| Report Timeout (minutes) | Optional | The maximum number of minutes DataBlend will wait for the report to complete before timing out. Relevant when Run Asynchronously is enabled — DataBlend will poll for completion until this limit is reached. If left blank, a default timeout applies. |
| Run Asynchronously | Optional | When enabled, DataBlend schedules the report via Oracle Fusion's asynchronous reporting service rather than running it synchronously. Use this option for large or long-running reports that time out during peak hours. DataBlend polls for completion and downloads the output when ready. Disabled by default — existing collectors are not affected unless this toggle is turned on. |
| Download Chunk Size (bytes) | Optional | When Run Asynchronously is enabled, DataBlend can download very large report outputs in chunks. Enter the desired chunk size in bytes. Leave blank to download the full output in a single request. |
| Additional Fields to Report | Optional | Select any additional metadata fields to include alongside the report output data. |
2. From the home screen, click to open the navigation menu at the top left.
4. On the Reports and Analytics page, click Browse Catalog.
5. In the catalog, navigate to the report and click Open to Export as Excel or CSV.

6. Click More next to the report and select Properties from the drop-down menu.
7. In the Properties dialog, note the report Name, the file extension (e.g. .xdo), and the full Path. Enter these values in DataBlend as the Absolute File Path.
