DataBlend Offers Two Ways to Connect

Without Data Extract

To make a Planful connection without Data Extract Connection, the following credentials are needed:

Field Name	Required/ Optional	Description
Type	Required	Planful
Name	Required	Provide a unique name for this credential.
Base URL	Required	Provide the Planful Base URL. Example: `https://base01.planful.com/`
Access Token	Required	Provide Planful Access Token.

How to Find the Access Token?

Users must log into Planful. Navigate to Setup on the main menu, Select User/Roles, select Access Tokens, and then select New. The Access Token will then be generated. Copy this token and paste it into the Access Token field within the DataBlend Credential.

With Data Extract

To make a Planful connection with Data Extract Connection, the following credentials are needed:

Name	Required	Provide a unique name for this credential.
Base URL	Required	Provide the Planful Base URL. Example: `https://base01.planful.com/`
Access Id	Required	Provide Planful Access Id.
Access Key	Required	Provide Planful Access Key.

How to Find the Access Id and Access Key?

Users must log into Planful. Select the profile icon, select the Access Keys option. Planful users will then need to create a reference name to generate the Access Key. Users will be provided find the Access Id and Access Key within planful. Copy these values and paste them into the DataBlend Credential.
