How to Find the Access Id and Access Key?

DataBlend connects to Planful via a pre-built connector using a Planful generated unique Access keys. Planful Access keys provide the DataBlend connection access to Planful REST APIs without using a username and password. To view the Access Key feature, you must enroll in Planful Webservices, and you can view this feature in your Profile Menu.

Users must log into Planful and select the profile icon, then choose the Access Keys option. Next, they will need to create a reference name to generate the Access Key. Once generated, Planful will provide the Access Id and Access Key. Copy these values and paste them into the DataBlend Credential.

Please refer to this Plainful help article for more information - API Access Keys

Users may need to submit a support request to enable the Access Key feature. Additionally, the user must have the necessary permissions. Once the required permissions are granted, the option to generate keys will appear in the profile dropdown menu.

Please note that the user must remain active for the keys to stay valid. Additionally, an associated Data Load Rule (DLR) must be created in Planful for the API to receive the data.
