Validate Notification Settings
- Ensure system notifications, especially for data qualification, are configured correctly and sent to both the client's designated contacts and dbsupport@datablend.com
- When client notifications are created for each workflow individually, ensure that they are created for every workflow, directed to the correct contacts and the notification names are aligned with the workflow names,

Review User Access
Double-check that:- Only appropriate client users have access
- Support named user is added to the group (check with CS) -
Check Admin Account Compliance
The client should have:- A minimum of 1 admin
- A maximum of 2 admins
- Any additional admins confirmed as paid users (coordinate with Customer Success) -
Confirm Environment is Production-Ready
Ensure all integrations are pointing to production systems, not sandbox/test environments.
