      QuickBooks Online Credentials

      Configuration

      To make a QuickBooks Online connection connection, the following credentials are needed:

      Field Name 

      Description

      Name

      Provide a unique name for this credential

      Environment

      Select Sandbox or Production environment
       

      Click Save once all fields have been entered.

      QBO 1 Credential

      Within the Status section in the bottom right, click the Connect to QuickBooks button.

      QBO 2 Credential

      Log into QuickBooks with the user’s login credentials.

       QBD 3 Credentials-1

      In order to fully connect with QuickBooks Online data, log in as an Administrator.

      QBO 3 Credentials

      Select the company you would like to connect (if more than one). Click Next.

      QBO 4 Credentials

      You will be redirected back into DataBlend. Realm ID, Access Token and Refresh Token fields will be auto-populated.
