HubSpot to Sage Intacct: Create/Update Items

Prerequisites

To fully utilize the Workflow Wizard, credentials will need to be set up beforehand. Both HubSpot and Intacct credentials will need to be set up first before users can utilize the workflow wizard.

Configuration

The Workflow Wizard can be accessed by navigating to Workflows and clicking the Wizard button.

2. HubSpot Setup

4. Sage Intacct Setup

5. Review

The final step will display all elements that will get created in DataBlend based on options selected in the prior steps. The Back button can be utilized throughout the Workflow Wizard to make edits. Click Create to build all listed these elements.

Created Workflow

Once a Workflow is created via the Workflow Wizard, the final Workflow is displayed. From here, the Workflow can be executed, scheduled, or favorited.
