Your experience with DataBlend follows these stages:

Stage 1 - Access

Set up user accounts, environments, and initial system access.

Stage 2 - Learn

Complete training modules and start practicing in your sandbox environment.

Stage 3 - Certify

Become certified to independently implement DataBlend integrations.

Stage 4 - Sell

Learn how to position DataBlend, identify opportunities, and build confidence in the sales cycle.

Stage 5 - Implement

Scope, build, test, and implement real client integrations with support available as needed.

Stage 6 - Grow

Engage in co-marketing, quarterly updates, and expanded opportunities with your team and clients.

Your Three-Environment Structure

You will receive access to three DataBlend environments:

Group 1 – Demo Environment 

  • For showcasing example integrations, use cases, and workflows to clients.

Group 2 – Internal Training & Testing Environment

  • For hands-on training, certification exercises, and general experimentation.

Group 3 – Implementation Examples 

  • Serves as a reference for working, validated solutions built using DataBlend functionality.

You will receive access to Group 2 when you start your Training Program and to Group 3 on your request.

Training & Certification

Certification ensures you can build customer integrations independently. This is your foundation for delivering real client value.

After Certification you will be able to:

  • Run discovery calls with clients
  • Connect systems using credentials
  • Build collectors and data targets
  • Apply transformations
  • Test and troubleshoot workflows
  • Deploy production-ready integrations

DataBlend Certification Steps

Step 1 – Watch All Training Recordings. Access the recorded training modules provided during onboarding.

Step 2 – Hands-On Practice. Complete exercises in your Group 2 environment.

Step 3 - Submit Certification Exercises. Email your completed exercises to training@datablend.com

Step 4 - Official Certification. Once approved, you will receive your DataBlend Certificate.

Weekly Office Hours (Highly Recommended)

Wednesdays at 11am EST (8am PST / 4pm UKI / 5pm CET)

Once you have completed DataBlend Certification Program, please register for Office Hours. This is a great opportunity to discuss application-specific workflows or any aspects of the DataBlend platform you’d like more clarity on.

We highly encourage you to email vpereyaslavets@datablend.com in advance so our implementation team can prepare effectively for your questions.

Project Management Resources
